Sina Christe joined Julius Baer Real Estate on 1 August 2025 as Consultant Residential Brokerage. Sina has completed her training as a real estate marketer with a federal certificate and has many years of valuable experience in the marketing of existing properties and new construction projects / developments. We are delighted that she is joining our team with her expertise.

How did you discover your passion for real estate and why did you become a real estate consultant?

I have always been fascinated by how much a home shapes a person’s life – and how much emotion is involved in buying and selling real estate. The unique combination of fascinating architecture, a keen sense of the market and intensive, personal interaction with people captivated me from the very beginning.

I am thrilled by how all these elements come together to form something that goes far beyond the mere sale of real estate. Accompanying people through such an important stage of their lives, giving them security, and helping them shape their future - for me, this is not just a job, but a true labor of love.

What do you particularly enjoy about your job, and what qualities help you to enjoy your work and be successful in your daily routine?

What fascinates me most about my job is its diversity - no two days are the same, and every encounter brings new stories and challenges. I love the direct contact with people and the opportunity to work together to develop individual solutions. My empathy, solution-oriented mindset, and intuition for my clients’ needs help me find not only the right properties, but also the right way to get there.

What does your perfect Sunday morning look like?

For me, the perfect Sunday morning starts with a long walk through the woods with my dog. I enjoy the fresh air and the peace and quiet of the morning. Afterwards, I relax with a cup of coffee in the sun on the terrace, preferably with a good book in my hand and plenty of time to read.
