Fabienne has been working as Residential Real Estate Agent at Julius Baer Real Estate since November 2025. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, her focus is on marketing and brokering high-end residential properties and providing personalised advice to private clients throughout the entire transaction process.

Julius Baer Real Estate focuses on marketing high-quality residential properties and new construction projects. What do you think sets marketing in the luxury residential segment apart?

In the luxury residential segment, the individuality of a property plays a particularly important role. Buyers pay more attention to architectural details, quality, sense of space, privacy and long-term value retention. Decisions are made very consciously – often with a view to life stage, investment horizon or complementary properties at home or abroad.
Accordingly, the focus is not only on classic marketing elements, but also on a tailor-made approach: personal contact, curated presentations, precise positioning and – where appropriate – selective or discreet marketing. At the same time, customers expect sound advice on an equal footing that goes far beyond the mere presentation of the property. It is precisely this combination that makes the segment so exciting for me.

What expectations do buyers in the high-end segment have – and how do you meet them?

In the high-end segment, a high degree of professionalism, discretion and reliability are paramount. Clients want a partner who will guide them through the entire process, who understands the market and who truly understands their needs.
I therefore attach great importance to precise preparation, transparent communication, structured process management and personal support from A to Z. At the same time, my customers benefit from a strong network – both for traditional brokerage and for discreet offers that are not publicly advertised.

What fascinates you about new construction projects – from the conception phase to marketing?

When it comes to new construction projects, I love being actively involved in shaping the development process – from the initial idea to defining the target group and optimising the floor plan to the final positioning on the market. It is particularly fulfilling to see how a vision is transformed into a home for future residents.
Working closely with developers, architects and buyers makes every project unique. The combination of strategic work, design possibilities and direct customer contact never ceases to inspire me.

What do you particularly appreciate about the property market in Zurich?

Zurich offers an exceptional combination of stability, economic strength and quality of life. The market is diverse, ranging from urban city apartments and exclusive lakeside properties to modern new-build projects in dynamic neighbourhoods. At the same time, supply is limited, which makes every transaction challenging and strategically interesting.

How important is local presence – and how do you benefit from your network?

Local presence is crucial. It enables short distances, a deep understanding of micro-locations and close proximity to owners and buyers. Having grown up in Zurich, I know many neighbourhoods very well and have a strong network here. This often results in opportunities arising at an early stage – whether in existing properties or new projects.

What is particularly important to you when working with owners and buyers?

Transparency, trust and clear, structured support. Every property and every customer has individual needs. It is important to me to really understand these and ensure that everyone involved feels well looked after throughout the entire process.

What does your perfect Sunday morning look like?

Sunday is family time for me. I like to start the day calmly – as far as that is possible with two small children. We use the time to simply live in the moment without having to do anything. We have a leisurely breakfast and consciously spend time together so that the week can come to a pleasant end.
