How did you discover your passion for real estate and why did you become a real estate agent?
Real estate has always had a special place in my life. Growing up in a family where everyone was passionate about the sector, I was drawn into a world where real estate was at the centre of every conversation from a young age. At family dinners, we often talked about new transactions, renovation projects or investment opportunities. Through this immersion, I developed an insatiable curiosity and a deep love for property. Every anecdote, every project shared has fuelled my passion and shaped me over the years.
After studying law and starting my career as a notary, it was natural for me to become a real estate agent. Today, with more than 20 years of experience, it is still a great pleasure for me to contribute to the realisation of my clients’ real estate dreams by dedicating my know-how and passion to them at every stage of their project.
In your opinion, what characterises the real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland? Are there any differences or challenges compared to German-speaking Switzerland?
The real estate market in French-speaking Switzerland is particularly dynamic and is characterised by strong demand for luxury properties, especially in Geneva, which attracts an international clientele. This diverse cultural context influences the preferences of buyers, who are often looking for properties with a view or in very specific geographical areas.
Building and planning regulations are often more complex in French-speaking Switzerland, making projects more difficult and the transaction process comparatively longer.
In French-speaking Switzerland, we face challenges such as a more limited supply, particularly in the popular municipalities, which leads to increased competition for available properties. However, these challenges also represent a great opportunity for us property agents. Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the local market and our understanding of our clients’ specific needs, we can offer them customised advice. We help them navigate the intricacies of the regulations and find properties that truly meet their expectations, even in a competitive market.

What does your perfect Sunday morning look like?
In my opinion, a perfect Sunday morning can be summarised in a few words: Family, relaxation, socialising and nature. Above all, Sunday is a moment with the family, surrounded by my husband Franck and our two children, 12-year-old Arsène and 7-year-old Joséphine.
The best way to start a Sunday is with a peaceful wake-up and a big cup of tea. The whole family then gathers for a hearty breakfast, where conversation is in full swing. A moment of sharing, complicity and good humour that I really appreciate. Depending on the time of year and our mood, we then head off into the mountains or to the lake to enjoy the day together.
These precious moments with the family allow me to recharge my batteries and start the week with energy and enthusiasm, ready to take on all the challenges that await me.
