In a quiet location in Zurich's vibrant Wipkingen district, «Urban Nest» is being built with 18 attractive and functional condominiums. The 1.5 to 3-room apartments, with living areas ranging from 35 m² to 71.5 m² and spacious south-facing balconies, are located in an existing building dating from the 1960s.

The concept behind this avant-garde architectural project is not to demolish the building at Lehenstrasse 49 and replace it with a new one, but to revitalise it sustainably through innovative renovation and modernisation, while at the same time strengthening the character of the neighbourhood.
